is here to help you recover and live well after stroke, acquired brain injury, and other neurological conditions.

Home Visiting & Telehealth
Services are delivered in your home or community, which is often the best setting for rehabilitation. Appointments can be face to face or, where appropriate, by telehealth.

Karen Gifford, Principal Occupational Therapist, has over 20 years of experience working in stroke care and neurological rehabilitation for adults & teens.

SERVICES
Along with specialist neurological rehabilitation therapy services, South West Neuro OT can also support adults and teens with general rehabilitation and provide Functional Capacity Assessments for NDIS recipients.

​Specialist neurological rehabilitation following acquired brain injury such as stroke, traumatic brain injury, brain tumour surgery, concussion, functional neurological disorder, and other neurological conditions:

Comprehensive assessment and functional capacity report of your needs in all aspects of day to day life. This is used to help you receive the funding and supports you need through your NDIS care plan.
